Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or whatsapp.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 1–2 times. If delivery fails, the order may be returned.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
7. All COD orders require phone verification.
If the customer does not answer the confirmation call within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
Orders with unreachable or incorrect phone numbers may be automatically cancelled.
