At Zefix Electronic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Wrong size or variant selected by customer
Minor color or design variation
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
